Do I need a ticket to get into the show? Do I have to purchase online or can I pay at the gate?
- For the Light Show & America's Christmas Village:
All guests may purchase a ticket online or at the gate. Tickets are good for a one-time use, any day during the engagement.
- For the Drive Thru Only Dates:
All tickets for these specified date (see calendar) need to used by December 13th, for they will expire after this date. No Other Promotions or Discount Coupons can be used in addition to the Drive Thru Only Tickets.
Do you accept cash or credit cards at the door?
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa & MasterCard. We will also be accepting cash at the gate!
Safety tips while driving through the Light Show
Please do not tailgate the vehicle in front of you. Keep a safe distance, as cars in front of you may stop suddenly. Be alert of slow or stopped vehicles.
How Long does it take to drive-thru the light show?
The drive thru takes between 20 – 30 minutes.
Can our dog come to the show?
Yes, dogs are permitted to participate as long as they are controlled by you, on a leash and cleaned up after doing their "business".
Is photography allowed at the light show?
Absolutely, yes! Please take as many pictures as you’d like and share them on social media! Use #TWOLFL to tag us!
What kind of vehicle can I drive through the light show?
We welcome all passenger vehicles with seating up to 8 people. We also encourage limousines and mini-buses with seating capacity up to 25 passengers and motorcoaches with capacity of 55 people to travel through the holiday lights.
Am I allowed to exit my car while driving through the show?
For your safety, we ask that you remain in your vehicle while you're driving thru The Wonderland of Lights show. You will have great photo opportunities from inside the vehicle!
Are there any refunds for tickets bought online?
We do not offer refunds at the gate or online; however, you can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member. Click for more information on our refund policy.
Who can I contact with questions about the light show or my ticket?
